Explore Campus

Parkinson building

Featured in the University’s logo, the clock tower of the Parkinson Building can be seen across the city. It’s the home of the information fair at open day.

The Edge

Laidlaw Library

One of three libraries open on open day, the Laidlaw Library offers a variety of spaces to suit your study style and was purpose-built for undergraduate students. Take a tour on open day.

The Refectory

Providing hot and cold food prepared by award winning chefs, The Refectory is open 8am – 4pm on open day.

Treasures of the Brotherton Gallery

Displaying treasures from the University’s world-famous special collections, including first editions of The Hobbit and original materials by the Bronte’s. Open to the public, entrance is free.

Sustainable Garden

Offering a public space for staff, students and the local community, the Sustainable Garden has wildflower areas to enhance biodiversity and edible planting for all.

M&S archive

The living M & S Company Archive provides a fascinating insight into this Leeds-founded national institution. Explore in the Michael Marks Building; open weekdays.
